ometimes called asynchronous telemedicine, store-and-forward solutions enable healthcare providers to forward and share patient medical data with a provider at a different location. These platforms offer a kind of sophisticated, secure platform – a way to share private patient data online in a secure way.
Providers document directly on the MD-Exam platform. The platform also allows for review of all medical files, enter notes and updates to patient file, dissemination of patient materials, and e-prescribing.
Currently we are offering providers the ability to work on-demand for MD-Exam clients. In certain circumstances we may schedule or “purchase” provider time based on state specific volume or need. Work at your convenience from office, home or vacation, anywhere you have an internet connected computer or tablet.
n order for a candidate to be considered an applicant for MD-Exam Care Group providers visit the MD-Exam webpage and submit an application form. Physicians must complete an interview process to determine whether they qualify as an MD-Exam network physician. After successfully completing the interview process, we will extend an offer to join our network.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be asked to complete onboarding e-documents and credentialing paperwork and then participate in online training: Submit your request and we will schedule a quick call to provide an overview, then discuss next steps. Very simple process. Please include your name, number, email and the state(s) you are currently licensed in.

We have the Network Operations team available to help you for any technical or scheduling issues. In patient care we deal with common non-urgent and short term minor health concerns. In the unlikely event a patient may require emergency treatment the MD-Exam physician should direct them to local emergency services.
We do not currently have full-time positions available, however when we look for providers to fill those spots, the first place we always look is in our pool of existing contracted providers. If you express interest in future opportunities, we will definitely consider you as a candidate.
Patients access our providers directly through M-D Exam’s platforms or receive benefits by an employer or insurance company that is contracted with MD-Exam Care Group. All billing and payments from patients are dealt with administratively and is not the responsibility of the provider.
Most providers are paid fee for service based on the visits that they perform on a weekly basis. Those that make themselves available during peak hours and who have licenses in busy states are generally most active in seeing patients. In select situations, we may ask providers to be scheduled for shifts. In these occasions the provider may be paid hourly, or a combination of hourly stipend plus fee for service payment.
